The Splose form you shouldn't have to remember to send

I'd actually seen Splose announce this feature and more or less ignored it. Then I went back, set it up properly and thought Oh, this is brilliant!

You can attach the forms a client needs directly to the appointment confirmations and reminders for a particular service. That sounds incredibly simple because it is. But think about the normal version.

Someone wants to book an initial appointment. They need an intake form, perhaps an injury form, consent, and potentially a bunch more to be completed before they arrive. Most of us today are sending those straight from the client file however, they can be linked and sent directly from an appointment confirmation/ reminder... hands free!

When that service is booked, the confirmation can effectively say:

Thanks for booking. Here's when we're seeing you. And here's the form we need you to complete beforehand.

The booking triggers the form. Nobody has another job to do. And you can put it in the SMS reminder too, which I actually think is one of the best bits.

Ps. If you're anything like me, I'm terrible for opening an email, mentally saying I'll do that later, then absolutely not doing it later.

Put the link in a text message when I actually need it and you've got a much better chance.

It isn't really about forms. It's worth looking through the repetitive little jobs surrounding each service in your clinic and asking, "Could the booking itself take care of any of these?"
If it can, make Splose remember it instead of your team.
