Splose guides
Getting more out of Splose
Practical guides to the parts of Splose most clinics never quite set up. Written from inside a working allied health practice, not from the manual.
Your Progress Note template has two audiences
The cues you leave in a progress note template help early-career clinicians past the blank page. The same cues tell the AI prompt what belongs where.
Read→Don't just record AI consent. Make the system check it.
Consent captured at onboarding still relies on someone remembering to check it later. Ours lives as a field, and every prompt checks it before it runs.
Read→That answer on your client form might be stuck there
A lot of ordinary form responses live inside the submitted form and cannot be used elsewhere in Splose. Custom fields are how the answer reaches the client file.
Read→Give an online booking link one job
Strip a Splose booking page back to one clinician, one service, one purpose, and intake calls stop being an email thread.
Read→The Splose form you shouldn't have to remember to send
Attach the forms a client needs directly to the appointment confirmation and reminder for that service. The booking triggers the form, so nobody has to remember it.
