In June I shared our clinic's Splose AI prompt guide in the Splose community. It was our internal team guide, nothing polished, just how we had set our prompts up and why.
A lot has changed in Splose AI since then. AI Blocks went live in March, there is now a shared block library and a template library, and we have rebuilt our own prompts from the ground up to keep up. Version 2 is the result. Same approach as last time: real prompts, structures and templates, the ones our team and now over a dozen other clinics use every week, along with the thinking behind them.
What's inside
- Where Splose AI runs, and what it can reach in each place
- How our saved prompts are structured, with excerpts you can copy and adapt
- The AI consent gate, and the non-invention rule every output follows
- Where we use AI Blocks in the clinic, and when a block beats a saved prompt
- The common mistakes, and what to do instead
It is 21 pages, written for clinicians. The prompts inside are written for the AI, so you can skip them and still follow the guide. Take whatever is useful for your setup.
